Around 16:15 we had some problems with a malicious attack on one of our old frameworks resp. servers at hoster Cybernet. We could fix the problem pretty quickly.
At the same time, Cybernet opted for a complete shutdown without informing us. And then the nightmare began. It was impossible to reach anybody for hours or when we finally did, it still took hours to get someone to bring us back. So it was only around 20:30, we were back.
We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience caused and we are also very upset by the behaviour of Cybernet.
Next time, we expect that we are contacted first – normally this could have been solved without a shutdown in less than 30 minutes. We care for our customers. And we just expect the same from our hosters.
